The Safeguarding and Outreach Team
Duke Street Primary School has a dedicated team who support families issues such as housing, finances, behaviour, well-being and parenting.
We work closely with other agencies such as Health, Child and Family Wellbeing Service, Children's Social Care and the Police (see Operation Encompass).

If you believe a child is at immediate risk or has been harmed, call the Police on 999.
The NSPCC are a good source of information. They have helplines for reporting and sharing information.
