Outreach Team

Hi, we are Rachel, Emma and Natalie, who are the Safeguarding and Outreach Team at Duke Street Primary.  Another aspect of our role is to help support children to have good attendance in school. 

At Duke Street Primary School we have a team of dedicated outreach workers who are able to support our families with a range of issues. This could be around housing, finances, behaviour, mental health and family conflict. 

We work closely with other agencies such as health and The Child and Family Wellbeing Service. If you would like some help with anything then please come in and see us or give us a call.
